This rooster wire sculpture is made from a continuous strand of 16 gauge steel wire and attached to a unique driftwood base.

Sculpting with wire allows me to define forms and imply movement as each piece becomes a dynamic drawing in space. Because I sculpt with steel wire, this piece may oxidize and develop a rust patina. If you prefer to protect your piece from rust, you can apply a light coat of clear spray varnish. I avoid paints and solvents, and I try to reuse packing/shipping materials.
