This rooster wire sculpture is made from a continuous strand of 16-gauge steel wire and attached to a unique driftwood base.

Sculpting with wire allows me to define forms and imply movement, making each piece a dynamic drawing in space. Because I sculpt with steel wire, this piece may oxidize and develop a rust patina. If you prefer to protect your piece from rust, a light coating of a clear spray varnish may be applied. I avoid the use of paints and solvents, and I try to reuse packing/shipping materials.
