This pair of swans is crafted from 16-gauge steel wire, elegantly formed from a single, continuous strand. Each piece is made to order, so dimensions can vary, but you can expect approximate measurements of 7-8 inches in length, 3-4 inches in width, and 5-6 inches in height.
Sculpting with wire allows me to capture form and suggest movement, turning each creation into a dynamic drawing in space. Since I use steel wire, there's a possibility for oxidation, resulting in a charming rust patina over time. If you'd prefer to keep your swans looking pristine, a light coating of clear spray varnish may be applied.
