This schnauzer wire sculpture is made from a continuous strand of 16 gauge steel wire and attached to a unique driftwood base.

Sculpting with wire allows me to define forms and imply movement as each piece becomes a dynamic drawing in space. My sculptures are made with steel wire which will rust if displayed in a humid environment. I like the rust patina, if you do not, you can spray it with a Rust-Oleum- clear/matt.

I avoid the use of paints and solvents and I try to reuse packing/shipping materials.

I hope that my work reflects my love of the natural world and that my methods are kind to the environment as well.
