This double trout stringer and fishing rod wire sculpture is made using 16-gauge wire, attached to a driftwood base, and designed to hang on the wall.

Sculpting with wire allows me to define form and imply movement as each piece becomes a dynamic drawing in space. Because I sculpt with steel wire, this piece may oxidize and develop a rust patina. If you prefer to protect your piece from rust, a light coating of a clear spray varnish may be applied.

My work reflects my love of the natural world, and my methods are also kind to the environment. I avoid using paints and solvents and reuse packing/shipping materials.
