This jumping fox is made out of a continuous strand of 16 gauge steel wire and attached to a unique driftwood base.

Sculpting with wire allows me to define forms and imply movement as each piece becomes a dynamic drawing in space. I sculpt with steel wire which may oxidize over time and develop a rust patina. if you prefer to protect your piece from rust, a light coating of a clear spray varnish may be applied.

It is my hope that my work reflects my love of the natural world and that my methods are kind to the environment as well. I avoid the use of paints and solvents and I try to reuse packing/shipping materials.
