Reserved for Zach- Family of Elephants Wire Sculpture

Custom-made, hand-crafted wire sculptures of a family of elephants. Each figure is made from a single continuous piece of 16-gauge steel wire. Dimensions are listed on the images.

Because I sculpt with steel wire, this piece is not rust-proof. Personally, I enjoy the rust patina, but if you prefer to protect your piece from rust, a light coating of clear spray varnish may be applied.

I do not mount the sculptures on canvas, paper, or plywood, and they don’t require a frame. I do not paint my sculptures, so I do not use solvents. The sculptures are very lightweight, and shipping them requires less energy.

I hope my work reflects my love of the natural world and is kind to the environment.
