This doe wire sculpture is made from a continuous strand of 16-gauge steel wire and attached to a unique driftwood base.

Dimensions: Length: 7.5 inches, Width/Depth: 3 inches, Height: 7 inches

Sculpting with wire lets me define form and suggest movement, turning each piece into a dynamic drawing in space. Because I sculpt with steel wire, this piece may oxidize and develop a rust patina. If you prefer to protect your piece from rust, you may apply a light coat of clear spray varnish.

I hope my work reflects my love of the natural world and that my methods are also kind to the environment. I avoid paints and solvents, and I try to reuse packing/shipping materials.
