This catfish wire sculpture is made from 14-gauge steel wire and attached to a unique driftwood base.

Sculpting with wire allows me to define forms and imply movement as each piece becomes a dynamic drawing in space. Because I sculpt with steel wire, this piece may oxidize and develop a rust patina. If you prefer to protect your piece from rust, a light coating of a clear spray varnish may be applied. I avoid using paints and solvents, and I try to reuse packaging and shipping materials.

It is my hope that my work reflects my love of the natural world and that my methods are kind to the environment.
