This blue marlin wire sculpture is custom-made using 14-gauge steel wire and designed to hang directly on the wall.

Sculpting with wire allows me to define form and imply movement as each piece becomes a dynamic drawing in space. Because I sculpt with steel wire, this piece may oxidize and develop a rust patina. If you prefer to protect your piece from rust, a light coating of a clear spray varnish may be applied.

It is my hope that my work reflects my love of the natural world and that my methods are kind to the environment as well. I avoid using paints and solvents, and I try to reuse packaging and shipping materials.
